OUR LEADING TEAM
Melissa Andrade Costa, Director, Melissa has a MSc in Social Policy and Planning in Developing Countries by the London School of Economics, a Masters in Development and Cooperation by the University of Brasilia and is a specialist in Public Management by Getulio Vargas Foundation. She has 15 years of experience with evaluation and development in Latin America and Africa, having worked for governments, the private sector and international organizations.
Kenia de Aguiar Ribeiro, Director of Design, Kenia has more than 20 years of experience in designing publications for governments, international organizations and civil society organizations across Latin America and Europe. She holds a Bachelor in Communication from the University of Brasilia. Kênia is also a photographer and has held exhibitions in Brazil and Africa. Her major theme is ancient ruins.
